As a Lead Host/Hostess you will welcome guests with a warm, friendly smile that represents the spirit of the restaurant. Experience with OpenTable reservations systems is a must and an outgoing attitude is what we seek for this important job.  Looking for a natural leader who exhibits confidence and the ability to lead a team with gentle coaching and be a liason for management.

Night and weekend availability is required!.  

You will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Introducing guests to their server
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately setting guest expectations
• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
• Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
• Maintaining a poised and confident demeanor with guests and team members
• Leading the front desk by setting a positive example and following ARP's guidlines
• Assisting Management with various tasks
