Job Description
Be the Bartender's support team with the potential to earn great money.
You will start by responding to guest requests, delivering food to the bar, supporting the bar staff, and fulfilling bartenders needs during shifts -- it's a great way to move up at PALETTE 22. The ideal bar back is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
Responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing bar top

Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing

Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance

Complete product and menu knowledge

Change kegs as needed

Pull inventory as needed
Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years old

High School diploma or GED
-
Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired

Customer service focused and solution oriented

Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Ability to correctly use table and seat numbers

The ability to lift at least 50 pounds
